Professional technology and reliable quality have made our EPP foam sheets highly favored by numerous customers.

EPP foam sheet, also known as EPP foam board, is the abbreviation of Expanded Polypropylene foam board. It is a high-performance polymer material product. The raw material of EPP foam board is High Melt Strength Polypropylene (HMS—PP). Generally, small PP beads are first pressurized in a pressure tank to be filled with air at a certain pressure. Then, compressed air is injected into the mold of the molding machine through a spray gun. Steam is introduced to make the EPP beads expand further and their surfaces fuse together. After cooling, the product undergoes stabilization treatment at a certain temperature to obtain the EPP foam board.

EPP foam sheets boast excellent performance and are widely used in various aspects of industrial production and daily life

Lightweight yet high-strength with a low density (typically 20–40 kg/m³). Supported by its base material, polypropylene (PP) resin itself possesses excellent tensile strength and rigidity. Coupled with the uniform “honeycomb-like” support system formed by independent closed cells, it can evenly distribute loads under stress, avoiding local overload and fracture.

Exceptional toughness with superior cushioning and shock resistance. The PP base material is inherently tough, featuring flexible molecular chains with strong fracture resistance that can disperse impact forces. Meanwhile, the closed-cell foam structure allows bubbles to absorb energy through compression and deformation upon impact, preventing stress concentration. With uniformly thick and tightly connected cell walls, it rebounds quickly after being stressed, minimizing permanent deformation and restoring its original shape rapidly after impact.

Environmentally friendly and safe, odorless and non-toxic, 100% recyclable and reusable, complying with environmental standards.

Wide temperature resistance range. The base material itself has excellent heat resistance—PP has a melting point of approximately 167℃ and a high heat distortion temperature. Its molecular structure remains stable between room temperature and 130℃, not prone to thermal degradation. The closed-cell structure blocks heat transfer, and no easily decomposable additives (such as low-boiling plasticizers) are used during the foaming process. This prevents material performance failure caused by additive volatilization or decomposition at high temperatures, enabling stable use in environments ranging from -40℃ to 130℃ without brittleness or softening.

Waterproof, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant, it does not absorb water and can resist erosion by acids, alkalis and other chemical substances, ensuring a long service life.

Thermal and sound insulation. The internal closed-cell structure effectively blocks heat transfer and sound wave propagation, delivering excellent thermal insulation and noise reduction performance
